As the founder of Attriniti Consulting, she has developed a comprehensive program to support individuals, teams, and organizations, known as The 4 S’s of Success (Systems, Structure, Strategy, & Space). With experience in many different industries, including education, professional services, law enforcement, and more, she is able to quickly assess challenge areas within your organization.
Additionally Kristan is trained in small group facilitation and has served on local and national boards. She currently serves on the Westridge School Board of Trustees where she previously chaired the School Committee. An active speaker and presenter, current projects include Learning to Swim, inspiring interviews with people from all backgrounds and professions as well as co-hosting Sasvy, Real Raw Talk, a virtual roundtable series where the hosts and guests discuss difficult and relevant topics.

Reginald Grant

Business Strategist And Consultant

Reginald Grant, MSEd is a Business Strategist, Consultant, Speaker, and Author. Former NFL player for the New York Jets. He currently consults with companies in a variety of industries from apparel manufacturers like the Retired NFL Players Congress, to companies in the tech and education industries.
Former high school and middle school English teacher for seventeen years. Has worked on the statewide assessment development and curriculum for the State of California. A leading expert on teaching African Americans, urban youth and international ESL students. Instructed summer workshops for urban youth on academic skill development. Including a 2019 and 2020 summer program with international students for the Boston College Experience For High School Students. In addition, to workshops for educational professionals and other groups.
Serves on several boards of national organizations working with youth. Including the National Alliance Of African American Athletes, helping uplift and mentor youth, focusing on African American males, through programs that prepare students for college; leveraging athletes as catalysts to inspire leadership, while recognizing and rewarding academic, athletic, and community excellence.
Recently published an article in the United Methodist Church (GCUMM) in the international magazine titled “Economic Inequity: The American Dilemma”. The author of “Thoughts of An Urban Teacher” (2017), “Effective Mentoring in the 21st Century” (workbook 2017), “Success Stories Insights by African American Men”(2016),”A Case for Bilingual Education” (2015),“A Teacher’s View Education in America.”(2014) and numerous teacher guides, workbooks, and articles.

Janine Hamner Holman

Janine is a native of Cambridge, MA and began her career as a community organizer in the Bed Stuy neighborhood of Brooklyn NY in the 1980s. She is an internationally recognized speaker and expert on leadership development, organizational management, how our brains work, and what it takes to attract and retain world-class talent. As CEO of the J&J Consulting Group, Janine brings more than 30 years’ experience to her work. Janine uses scientifically validated strategies and tools to build high performance teams, enhance organizational functioning, and develop organizations and leaders with whom everyone wants to work. She has worked with everything from Fortune 200 companies to local nonprofits that are not merely interested in but committed to uncovering and solving the challenges they face at the root cause level.
Janine has served on Boards of Directors for local, national and international nonprofit organizations.  She spent more than 15 years working for nonprofit organizations before spending eight years in leadership at a Fortune 200 company.  She opened the J&J Consulting Group almost four years ago.  After completing school at NYU where she double majored in English and Political Science, Janine has gone on to earn a Certification from Cornell in the Psychology of Leadership, is a Certified Partnership Practitioner, is a Certified Practitioner in Emotional Intelligence, is a Certified Coach, and a Certified Partner with Culture Talk.  She is currently working with The Institute for Nonviolence on their Days Of Dialogue on Racism, Policing, the Pandemic + Beyond.

Cliff Pierre

Marketing Strategist And Consultant

Cliff Pierre is a native of Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is a marketing strategist, consultant, and celebrity speaker. Featured on Yahoo News, Yahoo Finance, Boston Globe, AP News and many more. He has spoken alongside the legendary Les Brown, Dr. George Fraser, and over forty other prominent black business leaders, authors, and consultants.
Cliff is an expert in providing digital marketing services. Has an official digital media partnership with the LA Black Business Expo. In addition, to working alongside several small and medium sized businesses including Mattress Depot, Black Writers On Tour, and AA Real Estate Group, to name a few.
Cliff also has an extensive background in academia. In the fields of Sociology, Political Science and Communications. Cliff has a clear understanding of the dynamics associated with race, racism, and anti-racism. He has worked in the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Office of the University of Massachusetts. As well as participating in the 2013 Permanent United Nations Forum On Indigenous Issues with the UMass Amherst.
Recently, he spoke at The SBS Academic Fellows Program for low income, first generation and underrepresented students in UMass Amherst College Of Social and Behavioral Sciences in 2020.
