Building Trust with Your Clients-Business Tip from Kristan Browne
When you are working on someone’s home, you have been given a special privilege. Your clients trust you. One of the best ways to build trust with your clients is to be honest. Be willing to admit when you do not know something and not to have all the answers. However, be part of the solution and let your clients know that you will do research, contact an expert, see what you can learn. No one likes or trusts a ‘know-it-all’.
